Jeff Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cold storage and logistics management. Currently serving as General Manager at Nor-Am Cold Storage since June 2020, Jones previously held the position of Operations Manager at The Home Depot from May 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included oversight of inbound, warehouse, outbound, and transportation operations. Prior to this, Jones served as General Manager at Lineage Logistics from April 2014 to February 2016, and for over 26 years at Millard Refrigerated Services in various roles culminating as General Manager. Jones has a diverse educational background with ongoing training and certifications in diversity, inclusion, and crisis management from multiple institutions, including Des Moines Area Community College and the Garden City Ammonia Program.

Nor-Am Cold Storage is a full service, public refrigerated warehouse. We keep evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of the 3PL market place providing complete temperature-controlled storage, processing, boxing, tempering and export services to the food and food service industry. These include inventory control, load consolidation, cross-docking, blast freezing, labeling, and pick and pack order fulfillment services. Space is available for storage at our plants in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin and Nebraska. Our facilities are centrally located in the Midwest with easy access to highways and rail.
