Kristian Eskildsen has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Kristian started their career at Arbejdsdirektoratet as a Sagsbehandler in 2007. In 2007, they also joined Nordea Markets as an Assistant Sales Manager in Financial Advisory and held various roles within the company, including Assistant Sales Manager in Asset Sales and Assistant Sales Manager in Financial Advisory Denmark East. In 2013, they became a Sales Manager in e-Channels & Execution and later moved on to become a Senior Sales Manager, specializing in Execution & e-Sales. In 2016, they joined Nordea Asset Management and worked as a Client Relationship Manager before becoming the Team Lead - Client Relationship Service in 2022.

Kristian Eskildsen completed their education with a Master's degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School from 2007-2011. Kristian also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Language, and Culture from the same institution, which they obtained from 2003-2007. In 2006, Kristian completed Basic Army Education at Hvorup Kasserne. Kristian completed their high school education at the European School of Luxembourg from 1990-2002, focusing on Economy, Geography, and English. In addition to their formal education, Kristian obtained the ACI Dealing Certificate from ACI The Financial Markets Association in 2012.
