Dr. Marc Hofmann is an accomplished professional in cybersecurity and information security, currently serving as the Group Chief Security Officer at Nordea since July 2019. Prior to this role, Dr. Hofmann contributed as a member of the Advisory Group at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) from November 2017 to June 2020 and held the position of Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at SWIFT from November 2016 to June 2019. Dr. Hofmann's extensive experience also includes serving as the Regional CISO for the UK and Ireland at Deutsche Bank and heading the Group Information Security Office between July 2008 and October 2016, as well as working in Operational Risk and Information Security at EY prior. Dr. Hofmann's academic credentials include a diploma in Computer Science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Doctorate in Business Computer Science from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
