Boris Ehrhardt

Boris Ehrhardt possesses extensive experience in the wind energy and aerospace industries, currently serving as Vice President of Industrial Engineering and Research & Development for Global Blades at Nordex Group since September 2014. In this role, Boris oversees the blade supplier technology department, manages production transfers, and implements cost-cutting measures, while also monitoring supplier performance. Prior experience includes positions at Siemens Gamesa, where Boris focused on rotor blades and process optimization, and at DeWind Co, where responsibilities covered production control and inspections. Additionally, Boris has held engineering roles at SPITZNER ENGINEERS GmbH and ikarus solutions GmbH, contributing to aircraft composite design and structural component development. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Composites from PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen and a Dipl.-Ing. in Aircraft Design from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
