Philip has more than 35 years of experience in public relations, communications, and marketing. Since 2009, he has helped develop and nurture Nordia’s people-focused culture and brand identity, contributing to its industry-best employee satisfaction and loyalty. He also played a key role in Nordia’s expansion as it grew to become Canada’s largest provider of customer service solutions. In 2019, Philip was promoted to his current position. Prior to joining Nordia, Philip held senior communication positions at Bell Canada, Expertech, Canada Health Infoway and Teleglobe, as well as several years as a senior consultant at NATIONAL Public Relations.
