Moa Persdotter

Moa Persdotter is a skilled program director at Vinnova, Sweden's innovation agency, since August 2020, managing the 'Acceleration of deeptech companies' initiative and leading a team of experts in various technologies. Moa has also served as a program manager focusing on innovation and gender equality, playing a key role in gender mainstreaming for the government's JiM mission, and previously led a sustainability support team at Vinnova. Between June 2022 and present, Moa co-manages the Research Funding Organization Community of Practice (RFO CoP) at GENDERACTIONplus, and acts as a gender equality expert for Nordic Innovation's Task Force for Diversity. Prior to these roles, Moa was the executive director at VentureLab, an incubator for students at Lund University, and held several administrative and representative positions in various organizations. Moa's educational background includes a Master of Science in Political Science from Lund University and an exchange semester at Korea University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Economics from Lund University.
