Vibeke Bak Solok

Vibeke Bak Solok is an accomplished finance and governance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at DS NORDEN, as well as a Non Executive Board Member and Head of the Audit and Risk Committee at Nordic Solar, Vibeke has also held notable positions such as CEO at Lunar Bank and Chief Banking Officer at Lunar Group. Previous roles include CFO at ATP Ejendomme A/S and significant executive positions at Danske Bank, where key achievements encompassed the establishment of Risk and Compliance frameworks and modernizing financial reporting. With a strong foundation in auditing and consulting from a long tenure at PwC, Vibeke holds an MBA from Aalborg University and has enhanced expertise through the Competent Boards ESG Certificate Program.
