Jennifer Dalquist has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in sales, marketing, and retail. Jennifer began their career at General Mills as a Direct Marketing Intern in 2003. Jennifer then worked as an Associate at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from 2002 to 2005, gaining experience in retail and developing skills in visual merchandising and customer service. Jennifer also had a Business Analyst Internship at Target in early 2005. Jennifer joined Nordic Ware in 2007, starting as a Retail Marketing Analyst and eventually progressing to the position of Brand Manager. In 2014, they became the Director of Sales & Marketing, and in 2017, they were promoted to the role of Executive Vice President, overseeing sales and marketing.
Jennifer Dalquist holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they completed their undergraduate education at St. Olaf College from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Economics and Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Dalquist has obtained several certifications as a pilot, including an Instrument Rated Pilot, Multiengine Rated Pilot, and Private Pilot licenses from the Federal Aviation Administration.
