Heath Cloutier, MBA, ODCP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Nordic Global, overseeing a comprehensive scope of technical training and professional development initiatives since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon, where Cloutier acted as Senior Manager of Technical Learning & Development and Training Program Manager, leading the execution of large-scale enterprise training programs. At OCHIN, Inc., responsibilities encompassed senior managerial roles in Corporate Training and the OCHIN Learning Institute, delivering impactful employee learning programs and achieving significant certification increases.
