Melody Cox

Melody Cox currently serves as Practice Manager for ERP and Practice Leader for HCM - ERP Services at Nordic Global, beginning in July 2023. Prior to this role, Melody held various positions at WVU Medicine from April 2018 to July 2023, including Manager of Enterprise Information Technology, HRIS Supervisor, and Senior System Analyst, where responsibilities included the implementation and support of Kronos WFC solutions across multiple hospitals. Earlier experience includes roles as Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Coordinator at WVU Medicine Berkeley and Jefferson Medical Centers from March 2016 to April 2018, managing payroll processes for 2,500 healthcare employees with UKG Pro and UKG Kronos WFC. Melody's career began at First Data Corporation, where positions ranged from Payroll Specialist to Senior Payroll Specialist between February 2005 and March 2016. Melody holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Regents from Shepherd University.
