Magnus Pedersen started their work experience in 1989 as a Captain in the Royal Norwegian Airforce. Magnus then worked in various positions at Q-Free ASA from 2000 to 2006. From 2006 to 2016, they were the Director of Product Marketing at Atmel Corporation. In 2008, they served as a Board Member for the IPSO Alliance. In 2014, they became a Director for both GREAT LETABA SAFARIS and Siabix Pty Ltd. Since October 2016, Magnus has been working at Nordic Semiconductor ASA, initially as the Director of Sales, EMEA and currently as the Vice President of Sales, EMEA.
Magnus Pedersen attended Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecom. In 1992, they also briefly attended the Air Force Academy to gain knowledge in Military and Strategic Leadership. Between 1987 and 1989, Pedersen attended the Air Force Technical School, specializing in Electronics Engineering. In 1984, they completed their secondary education at Bodin videregående.
