Henning Mallwitz

Henning Mallwitz is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Chief People and Strategy Officer at Nordmark Pharma GmbH since January 2024. Previously, Henning held the position of Director of Research and Development at BODE Chemie GmbH from January 2015 to January 2024, overseeing R&D activities related to hand, skin, and surface disinfection. Before that, Henning was Head of Pharmaceutical Development at Almirall Hermal GmbH, responsible for formulation and analytical development in dermatology. Early career roles included Technology Sourcing and Innovation Manager, Strategic Marketing in Skincare, and Senior Analytical Scientist at Boots Healthcare International, as well as Scientist in Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs at Welding GmbH. Henning holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from The University of Bonn and a degree in Pharmazie from Kiel University.
