Megan Kiester currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Nordstrom, where responsibilities include overseeing the digital customer experience for all Nordstrom brands and leading technology teams for customer and marketing platforms. Previously, Megan held various roles at Expedia Group, including Vice President of Technology and Product, where a focus was placed on enhancing the employee lifecycle through user-centered design, as well as serving as VP of Online Marketing for Hotwire, managing digital marketing strategies. Early career roles included positions at InfoSpace and Go2Net, with a progression from Program Manager to Senior Director. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from the University of Oklahoma.
