Joined Noreco in 2019 and holds the position as EVP People & Capability. She has more than 20 years broad operational and strategic HR experience as consultant and leader. For the last 11 years she has worked within the E&P industry and prior to Noreco she held the position as Director HR & Communications in VNG Norge AS and had a key role in the PMI with Neptune Energy.
