Jim Sarfert

Jim Sarfert is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Noregon Systems, leading over 60 engineers and technicians in developing software and IT services for commercial truck diagnostics. Previously, Jim held significant roles at XPO Logistics as VP/Senior Director of Technology, overseeing IT services in the Supply Chain business unit, and at Noregon Systems as Vice President of Engineering, managing product R&D and engineering teams. Jim's earlier experience includes IT Project Manager at B/E Aerospace, Director of Operations and Program Manager at Noregon Systems, Program Manager at Eaton, and systems engineering roles at EDS Group. Jim's military background includes serving as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in Signals Intelligence. Jim holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
