Tommy Hudgins is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in school administration. Currently serving as Interim Associate Director of College Counseling and holding leadership positions at Norfolk Academy since July 2019, Tommy has previously held significant roles such as Head of School at Carlisle School and Westchester Country Day School, where major accomplishments included securing substantial financial pledges, developing strategic plans, and reorganizing educational programs. Other notable roles include Interim Head of Middle School at Alta Vista School and Assistant Headmaster for Advancement at Girls Preparatory School. Tommy holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Washington and Lee University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University.
