Fleur Herrenschmidt serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Norgine since June 2025, overseeing Legal, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Compliance & Risk/HSE, ESG, and Company Secretariat functions. Fleur's experience at Novartis from September 2013 to March 2023 involved serving as Head Legal Pharma for Region Europe and Global Senior Legal Counsel, focusing on competition law and leading legal defense in antitrust litigation. Fleur's earlier career includes roles at Allen & Overy as Counsel, specializing in Antitrust/Competition law within the Pharmaceutical and Telecom sectors, as well as positions at Bird & Bird and Salans. Fleur's educational background includes advanced degrees in EU Law and Law from prestigious institutions such as the College of Europe, Université Paris Nanterre, and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
