Anders Wilhjelm has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Anders is currently the CEO of Norican Group since April 2019. Anders also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for DataProphet since October 2020, BioMar since March 2017, and DAT-Schaub A/S since May 2013. Anders was a Member of the Board of Directors for TRESU Group from November 2017 to April 2021. Anders has also held leadership roles as the Chair of the Board of Directors for BIMobject from May 2017 to June 2020 and for Gram Equipment A/S from March 2018 to April 2019. Prior to these roles, they served as the CEO of Solar A/S from April 2014 to October 2017. Anders was the CEO of GEA Process Engineering at GEA Group from May 2008 to December 2013. Their work experience also includes being the President of the Functional Systems Division at Danisco from May 1998 to April 2008.

Anders Wilhjelm pursued their education in a chronological manner. Starting in 1986, they enrolled at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where they completed their M.Sc. degree in Forestry Management in 1992. Following this, from 1995 to 1997, Anders attended the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management, where they obtained an MBA.
