Ali Cairns

Ali Cairns is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in project management and communications. Currently serving as Digital Marketing Product Owner at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since January 2019, Ali has advanced through various roles including Digital Marketing Coordinator, Communications Project Coordinator, and Communications Traffic Coordinator. Prior to this, Ali worked as Office Manager at Affiniti Day Spa and Salon, where responsibilities included team coordination and budgeting for product orders, and served as a Marketing Intern focusing on promotional strategies and market research. Ali holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Mary and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business from Concordia College.
