Matt Neary is a member of the Technical Staff at Norm Ai since March 2024. Prior to this, Matt was a member of South Park Commons from February 2023 to February 2024, where involvement included launching MagicPaper.ai and collaborating with multiple leading AI companies, achieving notable success with open source projects on GitHub. From June 2019 to January 2023, Matt served as a Decision Scientist at Farallon Capital Management, contributing as a founding engineer to an internal software platform and leading initiatives to enhance investment decision-making through quantitative tools. Matt’s career began as a Software Engineer at Kensho Technologies from June 2015 to December 2018, where leadership of a team and key project contributions led to the company’s acquisition by S&P Global. Matt holds an AB in History and Science from Harvard University, earned in 2019.
