Patrick Coles

Chief Scientist at Normal Computing

Patrick Coles is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as Chief Scientist at Normal Computing since September 2022, alongside an academic role as Adjunct Assistant Professor at The University of New Mexico since January 2019. Previous positions include Staff Scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory from April 2017 to September 2022, and Postdoctoral Researcher at institutions such as the University of Waterloo, the National University of Singapore, and Carnegie Mellon University. Patrick Coles holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.Phil. in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
