Justin Benjamin is the Co-Founder and COO of Normal, focusing on creating efficient and cost-effective methods for diversifying cryptocurrency through curated indexes. Currently serving as Head of Strategy for USA Wrestling, Justin is also an accomplished athlete within the organization. Previously, Justin was a Student Athlete at Northwestern University, where participation in Big Ten and Division I Wrestling occurred. Experience includes roles such as Director of Business Development at MitoSkin, Development Intern at U.S. Venture, Inc., and Founder of DeFi United, fostering a community of crypto professionals. Justin's earlier work involved positions in business development and sales at CoinFlip and Bitcoin of America, respectively. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
