Rasmus Bååth began their career in 2016 as a Data Scientist at King. In 2017, they moved to DataCamp as a Curriculum Lead. The following year, they returned to King as a Senior Data Scientist and Team Lead. In 2019, they joined Castle as a Data Science Lead and Principal Data Scientist. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Normative.io as an Engineering Manager and Data Science, where they were responsible for setting up the recruitment pipeline for data scientists and data engineers, and successfully recruited 10 employees through over 100 interviews.
Rasmus Bååth attended Lund University from 2004 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2007, a Master's degree in Computer Science in 2009, and a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Cognitive Science in 2015.
