Vilma Forsell currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Controller at Normet Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Vilma held the position of Head of Financial Service Center at AFRY from July 2019 to September 2023, leading a team of 35 finance professionals and managing key financial processes, including M&A projects and IFRS training. Earlier career experiences include roles at Spokesman Oy, Addebito Oy, and FTS Financial Services, along with an assistant position in financial administration at Oy Volvo Construction Equipment Finland Ab. Vilma holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Aalto University and has international academic experience from Rouen Business School.
