Viviane Widman

Viviane Widman is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in People and Culture strategy, currently serving as the Global Head of People and Culture at Norrsken since November 2021. In this role, Viviane leads the development of people practices across six markets, focusing on talent attraction, leadership development, and organizational culture. Prior to Norrsken, Viviane held HR leadership positions at OneLab and Trustly, where responsibilities included managing HR functions, driving recruitment, and enhancing employee engagement. Viviane began the recruitment career with roles at We Select and has foundational experience as an HR Assistant at Gant AB. Viviane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Uppsala University.
