Paula Serra Martins is an experienced professional currently serving as the Parts Operations Manager at Nors Group since April 2009, overseeing the Parts Business for Volvo Trucks, Volvo Bus, and Volvo Penta in Portugal. In this role, Paula leads a Digital Transformation Project and manages critical areas including pricing, stocks, logistics, and business systems. Previous experience includes roles as Stocks, Logistics & Warehouse Manager, where stock policies were developed and warehouse management was enhanced, and as Controller and Project Manager at the Shared Service Center, focusing on financial analysis and process improvements. Prior to Nors Group, Paula worked as a General Ledger Accountant at Infineon Technologies, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Paula holds a degree in Economics from FEP U. Porto and has continued education in market research, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and photography, with ongoing professional development through various institutions and organizations.
