Kristoffer Solberg

Kristoffer Solberg is currently the Head of Resourcing and Administration at Norsk Hydro, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Kristoffer served in various roles at Metier from August 2007 to April 2024, including Director of Management Consulting, Senior Manager, and Manager. Earlier in Kristoffer's career, experiences included working as a Key Account Manager at Visma Advantage from August 2005 to July 2007 and as an Account Manager at Edium AS from August 2004 to August 2005. Kristoffer holds a Master of Business and Economics with a specialization in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School (1999 - 2003) and completed basic officer training at the Befalskolen for Infanteriet i Trøndelag (BSIT) in 1997. Secondary education was completed at Stabekk VGS.
