Leopold Moormann

Leopold Moormann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, business development, and management within the aluminium industry. Since 2010, Leopold has been at Norsk Hydro, currently serving as Head of Marketing Extrusion Europe and previously as Director of Marketing and Business Development. In addition, Leopold holds the position of Managing Director at the Dutch Aluminium Association since 2017 and has been a board member at Aluminium Center Belgium since 2021. Prior to these roles, Leopold has had significant leadership experience at Sapa and Alcoa Europe, where responsibilities ranged from managing directors for new business units to developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Leopold's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Economics from HEAO (1984-1987).
