Rezhen Max William Baban-Olsen is an experienced AME Engineer in Advanced MNF Engineering at Nortek since May 2022, previously holding the position of Maritime Project Engineer at the same company in 2018. Between May 2017 and April 2023, Rezhen served as a swimming instructor, coach, and safety delegate at BÆRUMSVØMMERNE.
