Mike Caldwell

Mike Caldwell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, engineering, and project management across various industries. As a Senior Operations Manager at Nortek since October 2016, Mike has overseen critical operations, building on a foundation established as a Project Engineer at Medtronic Spine & Biologics and as a Test & Qualification Engineer at THYSSENKRUPP Elevator Manufacturing. Mike also served as a Colonel (RET) in the US Army, leading provincial reconstruction efforts in Iraq. Academically, Mike holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Christian Brothers University and a Master in International Studies from the United States Army War College, complemented by a Bachelor's in Engineering Technology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
