North Carolina FC Youth
Brianna Pendergraft is a dedicated Clinical Research Associate at Rho since November 2022, supporting multi-site research studies through various operational tasks. Concurrently, Brianna serves as the head coach for the NCYSA 2014 DCH Juniors Girls soccer team with North Carolina FC Youth, focusing on effective teaching strategies and team integrity. As a Youth Advocate for Even Playing Fields, Brianna facilitates free sports clinics and provides educational resources to underserved communities in North Carolina. An accomplished undergraduate, Brianna completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of South Carolina, where involvement included writing a policy brief on birth disparities and participating in a service-learning medical program abroad. Prior experience includes roles as a Medical Scribe at Robin Healthcare and as a Summer Camp Counselor for the North Carolina Football Club.
North Carolina FC Youth
North Carolina FC Youth (NCFC Youth) is a non-profit youth soccer organization home to more than 13,500 players and their families each year. As part of our operation, NCFC Youth employs approximately 60 full-time staff, hires 200+ seasonal coaches, and manages more than 1,000 volunteer coaches to support year-round programming through seasonal league play, camps, and tournaments. In collaboration with the professional North Carolina Football Club, NCFC Youth is the largest youth-to-professional club in the country. Since 1974, we have been living our mission of providing positive, high quality soccer opportunities at all levels of play for youth and their families and serving as a valuable community partner.
