As Vice President of Revenue, Jen oversees the three core revenue generating areas of Field Sales, Digital Sales/Marketing and Revenue Management and aspires to create a complimentary strategy that maximizes the revenue performance of our portfolio of hotels. Jen started her career in hospitality in 1996 after graduating from Valparaiso University. She joined NCG in 2002. In her time with North Central Group she has been a part of numerous hotel opening teams and of our overall sales structure and strategies as a Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Regional Director of Sales and Corporate Director of Sales prior to her current role. Prior to joining NCG, Jen held positions with White Lodging in Merrillville, IN as well as Interstate Hotels and True North Hotel Group here in Madison, WI.
Jen is a current member of Executive Agenda and is the co-chair of the Wisconsin Chapter of American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Women in Lodging group. She is also an active member and founding President of HSMAI Wisconsin Chapter. Jen’s favorite NCG Core Value is FUN!
