Dan joined North Highland in 1997 and served as CEO from 2005 to 2021; transitioning to Executive Chairman in 2022. He led the growth of the firm from its Atlanta headquarters to become the leading change and transformation firm. Dan also serves on the board of directors for ICR, Coastal Cloud and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and he is a member of the Truist Member Advisory Board for Atlanta.
