Toto Maringan Hutabarat

Toto Maringan Hutabarat has a comprehensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Toto began their career at McDermott International Inc. in 2002 as a Structural Fabrication Engineer. Toto then joined Saipem in 2003 as a Project Installation Engineer. In 2006, they joined Total and held various roles, including Project Engineer, Commissioning Superintendent, Preproject Coordinator, Contract Manager of Basic Engineering, Field Development Conception Engineer, and Development & Planning (Petroleum Architect). In 2018, they joined PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam as Head of Offshore Development Studies and later also worked as a Development & Planning (Petroleum Architect). Toto then moved to PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2021 as an Internal Consultant to the Board of Commissioners. Currently, they are working as a Project Lead at North Oil Company Qatar.

Toto Maringan Hutabarat pursued their education in a chronological manner. Starting in 1997, they attended Institut Teknologi Bandung for four years, specializing in Civil Engineering and earning a Bachelor's degree. Following this, from 2016 to 2017, Toto enrolled at INSEAD, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration.
