Rosa M Franco is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Team Member Experience at North-West College since July 2022, Rosa also holds the position of Human Resources Commissioner for the City of West Covina, a role undertaken since March 2020. In addition, Rosa is a Partner and Human Resources Manager at Goldstar Personnel Inc since April 2014, and previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at GardaWorld/Whelan Security from September 2018 to July 2022. Rosa's earlier experience includes serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Horizon Management Group from April 2004 to November 2013.
