Rich Driggs serves as President and CEO of North Wind Group since November 2023, and is an Operating Partner at both Atlas Innovate and Atlas Holdings LLC since 2020 and 2012 respectively. Driggs held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Michael Baker International from 2022 to 2023 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Property and Buildings at WSP USA from 2016 to 2022. Prior to these roles, Driggs was President and CEO of Heery International, Inc. from 2012 to 2016, and held various executive positions at Lendlease from 1990 to 2011, including Executive Vice President and Head of Integrated Solutions. Driggs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Purdue University and completed executive education programs at Columbia Business School and The Wharton School. Additionally, Driggs is a board member for Erickson Framing.
