Graham McMullan

Graham McMullan currently serves as the Quality Lead for Northcoders, overseeing quality assurance for DfE funded skills bootcamps while collaborating with a large team and senior leadership. As a co-founder of WorkplaceHero, Graham focuses on enhancing the quality, compliance, and growth of training programs for various organizations, specializing in Ofsted, ESFA, and DfE compliance. Graham also contributes to education as a co-opted school governor at Armley Park Primary School, providing oversight on school operations and quality improvement. Previous roles include Head of Apprenticeships & Quality Assurance and Delivery and Assurance Manager at ACCIPIO, and High Level Tutor at Prevista Ltd, where Graham designed and delivered bespoke training. Early career experience includes working as a Regional Trainer at Lifetime Training. Graham's educational background includes a GCSE in Secondary Education from Dunclug College.
