Gary Larsen has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Business Consulting Manager at Siegrist & Cree, CPA PC until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Controller at World Research Group. In 2002, they joined North Charles Research & Training Foundation, Inc as a Controller/CFO, a position they held until 2012. Larsen then joined Northeast Arc, where they held consecutive roles as Director of Financial Reporting and Director of Revenue from 2012 to the present. Currently, they are working as the CFO at SeniorCare Inc since 2019.
Gary Larsen attended Bridgewater State University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science. Gary then pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management at Boston University from 1993 to 1996.

Northeast Arc was created in the 1950s by parents of children with disabilities who rejected the assumption that their children should be institutionalized, and worked to create a community-based service system.
