Mike Foster

Mike Foster, SPHR, CPSP, has over two decades of experience in employee benefits and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Benefits at Northeast Georgia Health System since February 2018, Mike oversees the planning, analysis, design, and performance monitoring of health and welfare and retirement plans, with direct leadership of life and disability plans. Prior to this role, Mike held positions at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, including Benefits Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing various insurance programs and assisting employees with retirement inquiries. Mike holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
