Tiffany Farris

Tiffany Farris, SPHR, currently serves as the System-Level Director of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations at Northeast Georgia Health System, where leadership and management of a high-performing team is key to supporting around 12,000 employees across multiple campus locations. With extensive experience in human resources, Tiffany previously held various roles within the organization, including Director of HR & Physician Services and Manager of Physician Services, focusing on HR leadership for physician practice groups. Tiffany's career began in HR roles at organizations such as Integrated Information Systems, Network Communications, ADP TotalSource, McKesson HBOC, and Jeffrey D. Logan & Company. Tiffany holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Brenau University.
