Dr. Robert Holmes is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in physical education and higher education administration. Currently serving as a Full-Time Instructor at Northeastern Illinois University since August 2020, Dr. Holmes instructs a range of physical education courses and evaluates student teachers' candidacy.
