Jami Young

Jami Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, education, and insurance. As the Executive Director of Lily Creek Farms since November 2011, Jami has developed a nonprofit equestrian ranch focused on supporting individuals with special needs through equine-related activities. Additional roles include serving as a School Bus Driver for Northeastern Local Schools, a Family Preservation Specialist at Adriel, and a Special Education Paraprofessional at Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center. Prior experience includes over a decade as an Agent with American Family Insurance, where Jami managed a small business and a team while servicing thousands of clients. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Toledo and a high school diploma from Defiance Senior High School.
