Chris DeMeo currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications for University Advancement at Northeastern University since September 2023 and holds the position of Chairman and President of the Board of Directors for the Waltham Boys & Girls Club since June 2023. Previously, Chris was Vice President of Global Marketing and Interim Co-CMO at Workhuman from January 2020 to March 2023, where Chris contributed to shaping the future of work through social recognition and performance management. Prior to Workhuman, Chris held various leadership roles at Staples from August 2005 to January 2020, including Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Private Brands, driving significant profit growth and product innovations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Babson College, complemented by a minor in Arts and Communications.
