Kenneth Henderson is a prominent academic leader currently serving as Chancellor at Northeastern University since July 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing innovation in experiential learning, student affairs, and enrollment management. Prior to this, Kenneth held the position of Dean of Science and Professor at the University of Notre Dame from June 2002 to June 2016, during which time Kenneth also served as Department Chair beginning in July 2009. Kenneth's academic career began at the University of Strathclyde from December 1995 to June 2002 as a Senior Lecturer, originally starting as a Royal Society University Research Fellow. Kenneth holds a Ph.D in Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde obtained in 1993, a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Chemistry from Brown University completed in 1994, and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde awarded in 1990.
