Sean Cullinane

Sean Cullinane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and analysis across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the VP Head of Product Management at Northern Bank since June 2022, Sean has effectively streamlined coordination of key processes and led the development of Northern Digital Solutions' Cash Consolidator. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as a Product Analyst at Workers Credit Union, where Sean focused on product optimization and profitability. As a Technical Product Manager at Chase, Sean ensured compliance with payment brands and collaborated with teams across borders. Earlier, as a Senior Business Analyst at Fidelity Investments, Sean facilitated corporate implementations and enhanced financial processes. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Norwich University.
