Northern Coalfields Community Care Association is a community based not for profit organisation which was established in 1988 with the charter to  "provide accommodation for seniors in the community who required flexible service provision but not of an acute nature"

Now in our 35th year of service to the community NCCCA has from these humble beginnings grown and expanded its services. It now employs more than 215 staff providing services and support to more than a 1,000 residents, clients and consumers. Residential care, respite care, community transport, home care, CHSP, Meals on Wheels, retirement living and a range of healthy lifestyle programs are just some of the services offered.

NCCCA has recently achieved 3 year accreditation for its 3 residential care facilities in 22/23 which recognizes  our commitment to the  delivery of high quality care and compliance with standards. Professional passionate experienced staff work across the organisation and we are always looking for enthusiastic people to come join the Team.
