Vivian Matarangas

Vivian Matarangas is a seasoned finance and audit professional with extensive experience in managing internal controls and compliance testing. Currently serving as Vice President and Manager II at Northern Trust Corporation since July 2019, Vivian oversees the company's SOX 404 compliance testing program and the SOC1 and SOC2 testing programs. Prior roles include Internal Audit Project Leader at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, where Vivian developed internal controls for NetSuite ERP and HR/Payroll implementations, and Sr. Division Process Risk Controls & SOX Auditor at ABM Industries, where Vivian established SOX program protocols. Earlier experience includes positions at OfficeMax, where Vivian led a team to create an online customer rebates tool, and contributed to establishing regional audit services.
