Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management specialist at NorthMark Strategies since April 2025, Clare-Marie previously held the position of Senior Recruiter at Sompo from January 2023 to March 2025, leading recruitment efforts and developing a Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. Prior roles include Recruitment Business Partner at Peel Hunt, standalone recruiter roles across various companies, and specialized recruitment positions at both AXA Investment Managers and Tokio Marine Kiln. Clare-Marie has a foundation in private equity consulting and education experience as a teaching assistant, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCL.
