Chris Lennon

Christopher Lennon currently serves as EVP - Capital Markets at NorthPoint Development, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Christopher was EVP of Investments and Capital Markets at Cortland from April 2019 to November 2022, where expertise in designing and managing institutional funds was employed. With nearly 25 years of experience, Christopher has held key positions, including Partner at The Townsend Group, overseeing US open-ended vehicle underwriting, and Vice President at Morgan Stanley Capital International, where new private market investable indices were developed. Christopher began their career as a Portfolio Manager at Rochdale Investment Management, focusing on publicly traded equity products. Christopher holds a BS in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, both awarded in 1995.
