Prior to this, Rickard built a robust career at Honeywell FM&T from June 2007 to September 2018, where responsibilities included serving as Lead Project Manager. Earlier experience includes an internship at Rehrig Pacific Company from 2005 to 2007. Rickard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas, completing studies in 2007.
